Refund Policy

Being a brand new convention to help satisfy the Horror and Paranormal fans of Australia and New Zealand all sales made on the Shocka-Con Australia website, or associated outlets, are final with no refunds or transfers available.

Event Entry tickets can not  be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable apart from as required under Australian Consumer Law. Any and all products purchased through our online stores carry a no-refund policy unless a factory fault with the product that you have purchased.

Consumables purchased from Exhibitors during the event are the responsibilities of the vendors and no obligation or consideration by Shocka-Con Australia will be undertaken for refund requests.

Any prizes awarded in the lead up, during marketing or throughout the Shocka-Con Australia event are not redeemable for cash.
